Logitech Extreme 3d pro
great sensitivity, sometimes even TOO good. the major problem is that the rudder does not center itself. But i'm lovin it.

I have a Saitek S290 Pro. $20 at Wal-Mart. Excellent joystick. You just can't fly right with the keyboard, like I have been doing for the past 6 months before I finally bought one of these things. I really like the twist-handle rudder control.

Logitech Extreme 3-D Pro here, too.
I use the twistgrip for the rudder... no centering problems here, either. Have you tweaked the nullzone and sensitivies? Maybe you have a flaky twistgrip.

Top Gun Fox 2 Pro USB by THRUSTMASTER
Excellent joystick

with force feedback. Excellent, but faced a small problem with caliberation (pointer would always flicker to the right)
But otherwise, excellent joystick

Is Thrustmaster still in business? I used to swear by their joysticks with the earlier versions of Falcon. They were the first to market with a HOTAS, if I'm not mistaken. And, they would replace broken springs and other parts, usually for free!
Have to hunt then down.

Next to my sidewinder joystick (for military jets), I'm using a CH Flight Sim Yoke, which I got from the simware store here in brussels(
www.simw.com). Amazing how this device improves your flight sim experience.
